Fiona Sharpe is the Founder and Principal Psychologist of Sharpe Psychology, holding a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and endorsement as a Board Approved Supervisor. She has extensive experience working in rural and regional settings and provides evidence-based counselling to children, families, and adults. She is strongly committed to improving access to mental health care in regional communities and brings a warm, practical, and collaborative approach to her work. As a supervisor and mentor, she is passionate about supporting psychologists to build meaningful, sustainable careers serving under-resourced populations.
Fiona is deeply committed to the belief that people living in regional and rural communities deserve the same access to high-quality mental health services as those in metropolitan areas. This belief underpins her practice and her ongoing advocacy for improved mental health support outside major cities.
In addition to her clinical work, she is motivated to mentor and support the next generation of psychologists. She is passionate about encouraging early-career clinicians to find meaning, professional fulfilment, and purpose in serving under-resourced populations.
